About Dr. Marsh

A space to be
fully yourself

My practice is built on a simple belief: people are not broken. They are carrying heavy things in a world that didn't prepare them for the weight.

For seventeen years I've worked with adults navigating the long shadow of complex trauma — childhood neglect, abuse, sudden loss, relationship violence. My approach is gentle, paced to you, and grounded in both clinical evidence and deep human respect.

I currently have openings on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Telehealth available throughout Oregon.

Areas of Focus

What we can
work through

Every person arrives with a unique story. These are some of the themes I work with most.

01

Complex Trauma & PTSD

Healing from childhood trauma, abuse, or prolonged adversity using EMDR and somatic approaches that work with the body, not just the mind.

02

Anxiety & Depression

Addressing the roots of chronic anxiety and depression, not just the symptoms — so relief lasts beyond the therapy room.

03

Grief & Loss

Support through the loss of a person, a relationship, an identity, or a future you had imagined. All grief deserves space.

04

Relationship Patterns

Exploring how our earliest attachments shape the way we show up — and finding room to choose differently.

05

Life Transitions

Divorce, career change, relocation, identity shifts — transitions surface the things we haven't yet named.

06

Women's Issues

A space specifically attuned to the lived experiences of women — including burnout, people-pleasing, and finding voice.
